McCoy slumps back against the wall with Jim, shoulder to shoulder the way they're supposed to be. He lets out a deep breath and turns to glance at him, giving him a wary look. "What is it you do want?" he asks, frightened and quiet. Because he's scared that Jim will say something and he's scared that Jim won't say that same something. "Jim, I can't put you in a position that forces you into anything. You know that, right?"
